Will it be the same people every time?
Yes. You get a dedicated team. If someone is out, a team lead who has read your House Book covers the visit, and we let you know in advance.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key or door code. Keys are coded, never labeled with your address, and we set the alarm and send the photo report when we leave.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, all supplies and equipment, including stone-safe and pet-safe products. If you prefer your own products on certain surfaces, we note it in your House Book.
How is pricing set?
After the walkthrough, based on the size of the home, the rhythm and your priorities. You receive a fixed price per visit before we start.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to redo that area at no charge.
Do you care for second homes and vacation homes?
Yes. Pre-arrival cleaning, fresh linens and a walk-through before you land, and a close-up visit after you leave.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes, with 48 hours of notice, so your team can plan the week.
