What does home management include?
Scheduled home checks, coordination of pool, lawn, pest, HVAC and repair vendors, recurring cleaning, pre-arrival and departure service, and storm-season preparation. You choose what your plan covers during the free walkthrough.
How often are home checks?
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, plus a check after every storm. Each check ends with a photo report on your phone.
Do you manage rentals or find tenants?
We take care of rental and vacation homes between stays: turnover cleaning, inspections and maintenance. Leasing, finding tenants or guests and rent collection are handled by licensed real estate professionals, and we work alongside them.
How is pricing set?
Home management is a monthly plan, priced after a free walkthrough based on the home, how often it is checked and the services you choose. Recurring cleaning on its own starts at $180 per visit.
Can I keep my current vendors?
Yes. We coordinate the pool, lawn and repair companies you already trust, or help you find new ones.
Who will be in my home?
One dedicated, background-checked team. Vendors are let in only for visits we have scheduled and confirmed with you.
